This website is operated by NAAYÉ BRAHM owned by Nayé Diabira. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NAAYÉ BRAHM. NAAYÉ BRAHM offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Sales and disputes on the website will be governed by the laws of Spain.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service or information obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Some products may be offered as made-to-order or bespoke creations and may therefore be subject to specific production timelines, approvals, conditions and return limitations described in these Terms of Service.
SECTION 6 — MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
Certain pieces offered by NAAYÉ BRAHM are produced on a made-to-order basis.
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically following the client’s confirmed order, selected size and, where applicable, selected textile or finishing options.
Due to the artisanal nature of production:
- production timelines are indicative and may vary;
- slight variations in texture, weaving, color placement or finishing may occur;
- each piece may present subtle singularities inherent to handcrafted work.
Once production has started, made-to-order orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
NAAYÉ BRAHM reserves the right to refuse or cancel a made-to-order request before production begins if the request cannot be executed according to the Maison’s quality standards.
SECTION 7 — BESPOKE SERVICES
NAAYÉ BRAHM offers a limited bespoke service for selected clients and projects.
Bespoke creations are developed through a dedicated creative process that may include consultations, textile research, fittings, silhouette adaptations and custom development.
Bespoke orders are subject to:
- individual review and acceptance by the Maison;
- specific timelines communicated during the process;
- partial or full upfront payments depending on the scope of the project.
Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of bespoke work:
- bespoke orders are final sale;
- deposits and payments are non-refundable;
- modifications requested after approval stages may generate additional costs and delays.
NAAYÉ BRAHM retains full artistic direction and reserves the right to decline requests that do not align with the Maison’s creative vision or technical standards.
SECTION 8 — ARTISANAL VARIATIONS
Many NAAYÉ BRAHM pieces are produced using handcrafted, handwoven or limited-edition textiles.
Natural irregularities, weaving variations, texture evolutions and slight tonal differences are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness and authenticity of the piece.
Placement of motifs, textile patterns and handcrafted details may vary from one piece to another.

SECTION 9 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the store.
SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control.
Use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
SECTION 11 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites.
