General Returns
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, applicable to the country where the item was initially delivered.
To be eligible for return, items must remain:
- unworn,
- unaltered,
- undamaged,
- in their original condition,
- with all original tags and packaging included.
Any item returned incomplete, worn, altered or damaged may be refused and returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and shipped according to the provided instructions.
NAAYÉ BRAHM reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Size exchanges may be accepted for ready-to-wear items where stock is available.
Exchanges for different models, colours or made-to-order creations are not permitted and may require a new order.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
Original shipping costs, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
If a returned item does not meet the return conditions outlined above, it may be sent back to the customer.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the customer, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details before finalizing their purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted exclusively for ready-to-wear pieces purchased through the website.
Made-to-order and bespoke creations are handcrafted specifically for each client and are therefore final sale. Such orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, slight variations in fabric placement, texture, colour tone, embroidery, or finishing details may occur and shall not be considered defects.
Return Period
Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must:

Once the return request has been approved, detailed return instructions and the designated shipping provider will be communicated individually.
For international returns outside the European Union, additional customs documentation may be required. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in refusal of the return shipment.

Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the client, NAAYÉ BRAHM reserves the right to deduct all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, return fees, and related administrative expenses from any eligible refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a client receives an incorrect or damaged item, NAAYÉ BRAHM must be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours following delivery at:
