NAAYÉ BRAHM offers worldwide shipping through premium international delivery services. We strive to ensure a reliable and seamless delivery experience for our customers worldwide.
Shipping costs, duties and taxes may vary depending on the destination country and the nature of the order.
Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address to avoid delivery issues.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.
Please note that ready-to-wear orders, made-to-order creations and bespoke creations operate under different timelines.
For made-to-order and bespoke pieces, production time is separate from shipping time and will be communicated individually after order confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery services generally operate from Monday to Friday during business hours.
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.
NAAYÉ BRAHM is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Shipping outside the EU may be subject to customs fees imposed by your country's national tax/customs authorities.
DDP Services
For selected destinations and currencies, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout under a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service.
Where applicable, customs clearance will be handled by the designated delivery provider to facilitate the delivery process.
Non-DDP Regions
For destinations where DDP service is not available, duties and taxes are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in the destination country.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Orders
Made-to-order and bespoke creations are handcrafted specifically for each client.
Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece, fabric availability and atelier scheduling. Estimated timelines will be communicated individually after order confirmation.
As these creations are produced exclusively upon request, made-to-order and bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun.
NAAYÉ BRAHM reserves the right to refuse or cancel a bespoke request prior to production at its sole discretion.
Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, slight variations in fabric placement, texture, colour tone or finishing details may occur and shall not be considered defects.
