NAAYÉ BRAHM offers free worldwide express shipping and returns, utilizing premium services for international deliveries and DPD for domestic ones. We strive to ensure rapid and reliable delivery to our customers around the globe.
Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Ensure you provide a residential or business address to avoid any delivery issues.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed and shipped on business days only. Please be aware of our observance of local holidays, which include: 1st January, 6th January, 1st April, 1st May, 3rd May, 30th May, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, and 26th December. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier.
Delivery Schedule
Our courier services operate from Monday to Friday during business hours. Deliveries to rural addresses may experience longer transit times. NAAYÉ BRAHM is not liable for any delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Customs and Duties for U.S. Orders
Orders exceeding $2,500 shipped to the United States may require formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS might reach out to you to provide a federal Tax ID or Social Security number to facilitate delivery directly to your address.
Taxes and Duties
International Shipping
Shipping outside the EU may be subject to customs fees imposed by your country's national tax/customs authorities.
DDP Services
For purchases made in USD, EUR, or GBP, NAAYÉ BRAHM offers DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning all import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout. UPS will handle customs clearance, ensuring a seamless delivery experience to your shipping address.
Non-DDP Regions
Orders placed in PLN and shipped outside the EU do not include duties and taxes. These will be the responsibility of the customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused, shipping costs, duties, and taxes incurred will not be refunded. We encourage our customers to carefully review all orders before finalizing to avoid any issues upon delivery.

Returns Policy
General Returns
You can return any item purchased on NAAYÉ BRAHM within 14 days from the delivery date, applicable to the country where the item was initially delivered. For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, including all original tags and packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes should only be tried on carpeted surfaces and show no signs of wear. If items were delivered in dust bags, these must also be returned as they are considered part of the product. Always use the original packaging for returns.
Return Instructions
- For EU Orders: Contact our customer care at info@Naayébrahm.com to receive a prepaid return label. Include the invoice from your original order inside the return package and take it to a designated drop-off point.
- For Non-EU Orders:
- Email info@Naayébrahm.com to obtain a prepaid return label. Attach the provided proforma invoice to your return package.
- Drop off your parcel at any DHL Express point in the original delivery country. Find your nearest DHL Express points via https://locator.dhl.com.
Please note, any returns from outside the EU without a proforma invoice from NAAYÉ BRAHM will be refused. Ensure that the receiver's name on the package is clearly labeled as 'NAAYÉ BRAHM Distribution.'
Exchanges
NAAYÉ BRAHM allows exchanges for different sizes within the same model. Contact info@Naayébrahm.com to check availability. If available, we will reserve the item for you until we receive your return and then dispatch the new size using the original order details. Exchanges for different colors or styles must be processed as new orders.
Refund Process
Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, undamaged, unaltered, unworn, and accompanied by all original tags and a copy of the purchase invoice. Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. If the returned item does not meet our conditions, it will be sent back to you. For non-EU orders, if duties and taxes were not included in the product price, the refund will be the price paid at checkout minus any import duties and taxes. These charges are levied by your national tax/customs authorities and not by NAAYÉ BRAHM.
